Mr. Marchese practices exclusively in the areas of trusts and estates, estate planning and elder law. Mr. Marchese is frequently appointed by the Nassau County Surrogate as a Guardian ad Litem in complex estate matters. In addition to his membership in several civic and charitable organizations, Mr. Marchese is an active member in the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections. Mr. Marchese is a frequent speaker to professional and lay groups on the topics of estates, estate planning and elder law. Mr. Marchese obtained his B.S. degree from S.U.N.Y. at Old Westbury, where he graduated second in his class and thereafter attended St. John's University Law School wherein he graduated in the top 25% of his class. While in law school, Mr. Marchese was employed by the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York, wherein he worked as an intern in the Civil/Estates and Charities division. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, Mr. Marchese was recruited to by the Wall Street office of Szold & Brandwin, under Margaret Ann Bomba, Esq. In 1995 Mr. Marchese began practicing his private practice.
